TWO HEADS
"Two heads are always smarter than one.", as my good friend and fellow artist Bart Habermiller likes to say. Bart's approach to all things creative is to try to involve as many people as possible. He believes that the strength of his work comes from the interaction of many minds, and from what I know of his many successes in recent years, I believe him.

Two Heads
ART & TECHNOLOGY

"Two heads are always smarter than one."
    - Bart Habermiller

It really isn't about being smart, but involving as many people as possible. Like Bart, I believe that input and involvement by many is important; key to building a vibrant community, and a strong knowledge and resource base -- my goals for this Web site.

In coming weeks and months, I am working to meet and learn about artists and creative individuals from around the globe. I am inviting these unique and talented minds to share their work and knowledge, to participate in building a vibrant and active art and technology community, and a library of creative ideas, resources, and knowledge.

Art:
focus is on creativity and creative thinking, especially as this pertains to visual and literary arts, and to new media and Web arts.

Technology:
focus is on all new media, especially new communications and cybertechnologies -- the World Wide Web of the Internet.

Who is this Web site for?

Everyone interested by innovative developments on the Web

Look in on exciting and fun new Web sites and activities. Take an entertaining journey into the wonderful and sometimes wacky world of the creative mind.

Here you can learn about and in many cases participate in creative activities on the Web, all courtesy of the artists featured at this Web site. Get away from the ordinary for a while, take in something new -- have fun! I will provide you with brief notes about why I have elected to bring this site to your attention, and what kinds of activities you might enjoy here.

Unless otherwise noted, all of the Web sites and works featured at A&T are appropriate for family viewing.

What kind of works would you like to see featured here?

Creative artists, poets, writers, and Web producers

Showcase your creative work and meet with fellows from around the globe. Share your ideas and talent. Learn from others. Find new contacts in your area of interest, new opportunities for creative collaboration.

This is your opportunity to gain exposure for your work, and to a wider audience than you might have ever hoped. Know, too, that works featured here go on to become a permanent part of a growing library of creative resources -- a document for all history.

Do you have a Web site to feature here?

Creative industry professionals

A resource for new ideas. A place to post your request to the creative world. Your one-stop shop for new talent.

Each week you will find in these pages new information about artists and their work. You will see image clips and text clips from full works at the Web sites featured. You will see at a glance if this is information of interest to you. Who knows better than you what is good or interesting for your purposes? My goal is to present the information you need to make a qualified judgment for yourself.

How can I make this resource more valuable for you?
