Midsummer Dream Revisited
TED WARNELL

End of summer 99 --
and for those who missed the midsummer announcement regarding the move of Wr-Eye-Tings poetics list -- once again.

Here is important news for those of you interested in goings-on on the Wr-Eye-Tings poetics list... they've moved, and you will need to resubscribe with the new list server if you wish to stay with the program.

The Wr-Eye-Tings poetics discussion list has moved from their home for many years at SFU, Canada, to a new server housed at Miyazaki Municipal University, Japan. List master and mentor Carl Lynden Peters relinquishes duties at the helm to new master Hugh Nicoll. We heap praise and thanks on Carl for his work during these past years, and give thanks and all best wishes to Hugh.

The new server is a Majordomo model, so it's real easy to use -- you can subscribe to Wr-Eye-Tings:

Send an email message to

    requests@cedar.miyazaki-mu.ac.jp

with the line

    subscribe wr-eye-tings

in the body of the message.

Please turn off your email signature when issuing list commands to the server.

Wr-Eye-Tings list master Hugh Nicoll can be reached at <hnicoll@miyazaki-mu.ac.jp>

"All in a dream, all in a dream, the loading had begun -- flying Mother Nature's silver seed to a new home in the sun."
- from After the Goldrush by Neil Young.

Wr-Eye-Tings Scratchpad,
a supplementary Web site for the list, remains online at [ www.burningpress.org/wreyeting ] and still with Luigi Bob Drake at the controls. And with thanks, LBD, for the great job you do here.
